The Illegal Blood Bank
Governments all over the world were ignoring millions of litres of life saving blood due to an outdated law that bans all sexually actively gay and bi men from donating. But just because the government wouldn’t take it, didn’t mean we couldn’t. So we opened the world's first blood bank for gay and bi men where members of the community donated pints of their blood in protest.
100% of the blood we collected was safe to use. So we used it to successfully lobby the government into changing the law.
